V Tech Camera – Reviews from 3 to 6 years

The V Tech camera is much more than just a digital camera for children. I am very happy with my purchase. It turned out to be one of the best purchases of last Christmas. In this article, I’ll provide some of the reasons why my kids love their V Tech camera. I’ve done a lot of research on what type of camera to buy, and I’m happy to say I think I made the right choice.

The camera buttons are big and easy for little fingers to use, and the screen where you can see what photo you’re about to take (whether it’s a pair of feet or mom first thing in the morning) is a good size. It’s easy for them to hold with the large rubber sides. Ours have fallen off numerous times but are still as good as the day we bought them.

The V Tech camera’s editing features are fantastic: you can edit a picture (usually a picture of mom or dad) to have a pair of elephant ears, some mustaches, a dinosaur hovering above them ready to gobble them up, have an alligator face and much more. You can also add a nice border around your image. You can even add special effects to your image and make it wobble.

It also has games you can play (great for a car trip) like match 3 (beach style), match pairs and you can even juggle a picture on puzzle pieces and put them back together.

The usb connection that comes with the V Tech camera makes it very easy for you to upload your images to your PC (guys love looking at them on the computer). It also includes connections that allow you to view your images on the TV!

It’s great to take a look at what your kids have photographed at the end of the day. When Sam first got his, he was only 3 years old and taking a picture of what was on TV (usually Dora), our feet, his brother sleeping, etc. Now he has progressed and we are no longer obsessed with feet. He thinks it’s fun to take pictures of mom first thing in the morning, it’s not a pretty sight (I’m sure his mom has influenced him!).

My children are very proud when we go out and they can take pictures like mom. We all know that when you’re little you want to grow up fast and be more like mom and dad (although when you get there you’ll want to be little again).

I’d say the V Tech camera would be a great buy for kids ages 2-7.
