Understanding the June 2008 LSAT: What was your score?

Wondering how you fared on the June 2008 LSAT exam? You’ll know soon enough when scores begin to be mailed out on July 7, 2008. In the meantime, enjoy the summer and don’t panic.

This article will provide you with some great resources that test takers should know about.

If you are concerned about how the test went, you are overreacting. Applications for law schools are generally very low in US law schools and this has been the trend for the past few years. This means that the minimum LSAT scores and minimum GPAs (and averages) for the incoming 2008-08 classes will be lower than what you will find published by US News and World Report and by the schools themselves. So this is the time to aim high and apply for schools that might otherwise be out of your league.

Also, if this is your second time taking the exam or if you are really worried about not getting into one of the best law schools, there are some simple steps you can take to help you move on.

First, visit the various LSAT blogs for information on law school admissions and LSAT tips. These sites will give you the advice you need to get into America’s best law schools. They are easy to find – just Google the word “LSAT”.

Second, research potential law schools on sites like lawieschoolreference.com [http://lawschoolreference.com/june_lsat_2008_discussion.html] Somewhere there is the perfect law school for you, all you need to do is find it.
