With bootcamp businesses becoming more and more popular these days, many personal trainers are looking for bootcamp ideas to start their own bootcamp business. They are tired of paying a portion of their personal training earnings to the gym to use their facilities for training sessions. With bootcamp training sessions, they can serve more clients at once and earn more money even if they are charging less.

If you live in a warm climate, your bootcamp business won’t cost you much to start or run. Many coaches will use their local park to run their boot camps as they are generally free and people prefer to be outside for fresh air. They have a great amount of flexibility as they are available anytime you choose to use them. The only downside is that people may decide to follow your bootcamp from a distance and not pay the fees or that another personal trainer may be spying on you to get your bootcamp to copy you.

  • For Singles Only: This type of bootcamp is ideal for single people who want to go to the gym but also want to go out and meet someone.
  • Couples only: This is a great way to exercise with your partner and meet other people with similar interests.
  • Pregnancy – An exercise class for mothers to focus on exercises that they can do even during pregnancy.
  • Fat loss, muscle building, cardio, sit-ups, or any other fitness goal.
  • Kettlebell – Would require you or your clients to have a kettlebell. Excellent for burning fat.
  • Stability Ball – Stability ball exercises that focus on core strength.

As you can see, there are many different bootcamp ideas that you can come up with for the type of bootcamp you want to have.
