We offer a range of small group and private sessions/classes in our Sheen and Richmond studios equipped with Balanced Body equipment including Reformer, full trapeze table, Wunda chair and ladder barrel. All clients are welcome from the elite athlete to the rehabilitating / remedial client.

Our group Pilates class East Sheen are taught by experienced instructors using the classical method and authentic equipment designed by Joseph Pilates. Our clients are placed in groups according to their ability and experience. Beginner Mat/Tower – introductory class to the fundamental principles of Pilates exercises, focusing on developing core strength and improving flexibility.

Beginner Plus Mat/Tower – building on the basics with new exercises introduced and more emphasis on movement flow for a mind/body workout. Intermediate Mat/Tower – continuing to develop your skills with new exercises and more focus on correct form for improved strength and flexibility.

Ellen is also a qualified physiotherapist with 25 years of clinical experience. She specialises in Pilates rehabilitation and can help clients with joint hyper-mobility, arthritic conditions, low back pain and pelvic floor disorders (pre/post natal) to improve their function and reduce their pain. This can be done in the studio with a physiotherapist or with an instructor with her knowledge of how to integrate Pilates rehabilitation into a more comprehensive programme of rehab including functional and balance retraining, weights and plyometric training.
