Falls Park in central Sioux Falls covers 123 acres. This park holds 7,400 gallons of water and includes an observation tower, outdoor shelter, Winter Wonderland houses, and many holiday decorations each year.

Summer hours for Falls Park keep it open from 5 a.m. to 12 p.m. However, one thing is very strict: people cannot consume alcohol here in Falls Park.

Queen Bee Mill

This is a seven-story building that is still the brainchild of Richard Pettigrew. He purchased this land and built this art mill structure that processes about 1500 bushels each day, but was closed in 1883 due to lack of wheat supply and water power.
