Management from within

The more you follow the path of exploration of the mystery of life, the more life will be revealed to you. Life begins to express its secret, its nature. What is required of us, for a deeper understanding, is a commitment to seriously follow the laws of life toward self-discovery. Few things have a greater impact on the world than the study of human nature, and this study is ultimately found in the study of the self. Through this self-study, we come to know what the study of God really is.

If we could become fully aware of this self, then the search for spirituality would cease, we would no longer pilgrimage to sacred places, since life itself, the very thread of our existence, would become the divine mystery that we all seek. Life reveals itself in every atom, in every corner and in every moment, life can be magic in itself.

Everything in this world that does not seem to harmonize is, in reality, the limitation of our own vision. The broader the horizon of our perspective, the more harmony of life we enjoy. In the depths of our being, there is the harmony and the simplistic operation of the whole plan of nature. It can be heard through inner awareness. It is not the external sound that plays the music of the soul, it is the internal one.

“All external activity is directed by an internal cause. Each cause has its effect and all effects belong to us. This is our true power, the ability to achieve and moderate the theft of causality. In the daily events of life, this ability is not always obvious. People are often victimized and therefore unable to achieve balance. However, for the keen observer, awakened to the real world, there is nothing but balance. Perfect harmony exists like a buzz, beneath the surface of all activity. Only the keen observer, permeated with self-awareness that nevertheless reveals itself. This beauty, this order reveals the balance of good and evil, good and evil, masculine and feminine, and, when viewed with a keen eye, correspond to a larger purpose and are therefore harmonious. ” Christopher Walker .. 2003.

The laws that make self-observation possible are not the laws of human morality. Such laws are for the dignity and well-being of the masses and provide security for existence. Self-observation must be done from a broader perspective from this in order to eliminate the concepts of judgment and dignity. Here’s a little snapshot of those higher laws.

Harmony

In nature, what we cherish will grow. Human bodies are a composition of trillions of vibrant particles and our total well-being is reflected in this movement. Our thoughts control this vibration revealing that by developing positive thought patterns, we can have a personal impact on our own lives in a positive way.

Balance

Nature is pure balance. By aligning ourselves with the simple principles of balance, we can live a conscious existence. Where clear thinking, peace of mind and an open heart together will create a strong sense of centrality. An imbalance in the body and mind can be instantly transformed to help you create and maintain energy and vitality for a lifetime.

Interconnection

In nature, nothing is lost or missing, yet it is constantly changing. An individual’s perceptions can be limited and unhealthy and they need ways in which to let go of the old and move on with purpose. Once we learn to recognize that everything is changing and evolving for a reason, then we can truly reach our full potential as powerful individuals in this world.

Evolution

Nature shows us that the maximum evolution occurs on the frontier of support and challenge. The greatest thing in life is unconditional love and the evolution of our world depends on this. By understanding that evolution can be achieved through the strength of an individual to overcome difficulties with love and grace, one’s quality of life will be instantly enriched.

Inspiration

The greatest gift in life is the experience of being inspired. Nature has wanted us to live this way. Leadership is inspiration. Certainty is inspiration. This higher thinking is one whose essence will connect people in groups, create harmony in relationships, and advance organizations in their purpose. Every human being has the right to an inspired life.

2. Being in harmony is the first objective of life.

Every human being has an inner vibration, it is audible and visible. It is neither visible to the eyes nor audible to the ears, but it is audible and visible to the heart. We could say, “I feel its vibrations, I feel its presence.”

Harmonics can be affected externally through sight and sound. The environment in an office can easily affect harmony. For example, red walls excite a person and make him inclined to fight. A bold color will give you a controversial vibe. From a psychological point of view, ancient customs use certain colors for a wedding and other colors for different festivals. Everything has meaning, there is a psychological meaning behind the subtle realities of our outer lives. A change agent must have the ability to understand these subtleties, because it is through this change that the most powerful impact can be created in the shortest possible time and in any circumstance.

People affect the harmonics of others. People create a feeling that comes off without them having said or done anything. A person can communicate a bad feeling, without doing or saying anything. This creates a negative atmosphere and you will feel uncomfortable around them. Because people are so material in our world, we do not appreciate this power that person has over another through what happens within himself. It is not because of what they say or do; it is because of his being. “People listen louder to what you don’t speak than to what you do.” It is in the vibration of life itself that tone and color are experienced, regardless of words or actions.

If we could understand and tap into this immense resource of understanding, we would begin to appreciate the power of life itself, because everything has a vibration and that vibration speaks the truth. It will determine success and failure, happiness and sadness, illness and health. We will have a greater margin to approach that limitless potential that is within us when we understand the power of being. The ancient mystics speak of self-knowledge. This does not mean knowing; how old am i, or how good am i, or how bad am i, or how right or wrong am i. It means knowing the other part of one’s being, that deeper and more subtle aspect of one’s being, and the fullness of life depends on the knowledge of that being.

What you will begin to realize is that the first experience of your spiritual development is when you begin to feel in tune with the abundant presence of other living beings. This does not only refer to human beings exclusively, but to animals, birds, trees and plants. We all have this same privilege, if we realize it. When we close our hearts, when we let life drown us, we become exclusive, we withdraw from all the manifestation of love. It is humanity that is divided, people create identities, but in truth, life itself is indivisible, indivisible.

When you start to adopt a universal perspective, you begin to see that everything is undivided. So instead of saying, “This is my friend, I love you,” we can say, “This is me, I love myself.” At this time, a person can say that he has come to the realization of love. As long as a person says “I feel sympathy for them because they are my friend”, their sympathy has not yet been fully awakened. The true understanding of sympathy is when we see our friend and say “this is me.” Then the sympathy is authentic, it is fully realized and there is a communication within oneself that is of a true essence.

Identity causes us to close ourselves off from both external life and internal life. That inner part of life is made of light and sound and when we get in touch with this part, we know the language of life, nature. This language expresses the past, the present and the future. It is a language that reveals the secrets and character of nature, it is a language that receives and transmits the great messages of inspiration.

A person trapped in his identity lives on the surface of life. They will become materialistic and strive to achieve only for themselves and live for their own benefit. They will suffer from morning to night. They will be bitter and in trouble, as they are in the midst of struggles and conflicts, mainly with themselves. To heal, the heart must be free, free to love. The person who discovers this has reached a truly elevated state of being.

What does this kind of love teach? Where can you learn? Where can we study it? The key to this element of love is found in life itself. As we look at humans in the world today, with all the progress of society, there is still a void. Ask yourself these questions: What is missing? Is harmony the key to the limitless reserve of love in the heart of humanity? Is the meaning of life represented in Harmony? Is it that by knowing life and seeing its order, do we see the divine plan and therefore also see the planner?
