Why Limits Are Still Important During Covid 19

I have enjoyed catching up with old friends and family, and also keeping in touch with friends, BUT I have realized that it is still important to have healthy boundaries! We could literally be on a zoom call every day if we wanted to! Not to mention all the amazing workouts that are going on too!

It helps to be clear first about your values and priorities. What is important for you? What do you value in your life and in your business? Some examples are; freedom, family, spirituality, etc.

We want to make sure that our decisions about how we spend our time and what we allow in our lives are aligned with what we value and enjoy, even if we have additional family responsibilities at this time.

And we don’t have to wait until someday when we receive/achieve _______.

Once you’re clear about what’s important to you, look at what you can add (or take away) to your life now that you’ll invoke those feelings. It’s about living off those feelings that we want more of now, so that we can attract more into our lives that continue to invoke those feelings!

It starts with us.

From there, we want to make sure that our decisions and what we put on our calendars align with those values.

A great way to decide is to ask: is this aligned with my values? If it’s not an absolute yes, it’s a no.

Another great way to sign up that is effective: is it aligned with my biggest dream of ____?

Once again, if it’s not a yes, it’s a no. This is an easy way to eliminate training that we really don’t need right now and also to feel good about saying no to virtual events that we really don’t want to do.

It’s okay to say no.

Even if people know you’re home!

You can still decide how you want to spend your time and with whom.

I have found myself busier than ever starting new projects and manifesting new opportunities. My heart is so happy doing these things. That leaves time mostly for my family and some time for myself.

Of course, I still love connecting with family and friends, and I also do it in a way that feels doable and fun.

I once heard someone’s motto: if it’s not fun, don’t do it!

I love that. Well I guess you can say that fun is one of my core values ;-)

Decide which ones are for you and create a covid empowered program that works and feels good for you.

And dance training is 100% on my schedule!!
