Tired of being small? Amazing tips and ways to grow taller

Tired of not being able to reach the top shelf of the cabinet? Well, if you are still growing, there are things that can be done to increase your height. If you’re not, don’t worry, there are plenty of natural ways to make your pixies look taller, even if you can’t be. First let me warn you that while diet and exercise are great for making you grow faster as a child, they won’t work for adults. There are many “Get taller through exercise” videos on the market today. I must say that these do not work. The whole idea is a scam to try to make money off of people who are desperate to get taller. So my first advice is to stay away from them.

While exercise and a balanced diet are good for everyone, the fact is that only children can grow through exercise. Also, the exercises in these videos are stretching exercises and only muscle training is really beneficial in promoting growth.

Why don’t these videos work? The basic growth cycle of the human body prevents exercises from working. This is because babies’ bones are made of cartilage. As the baby grows, the cartilage grows together and hardens to form bone. When a child reaches adolescence, the growth plates at the end of the bones begin to lengthen. As a person approaches adulthood, the growth plates slow down and then stop growing altogether. No vitamin or drug can change this fact.

Your diet is important when trying to make yourself look taller. Get plenty of nutrients to help your body grow when you’re young and strengthen your bones.

Another way to make yourself look taller is to wear the right clothes. Wearing matching dark clothing will make you look taller and slimmer than contrasting clothing that makes you look heavy. Also, short hair can make you look taller, but if you are heavy you should be careful to wear your hair below your chin so that your face looks round, but not fat. Any shoe with a heel or thick sole will not only make you look taller, it can also give you the boost you need to feel taller, and after all, how you feel is the most important thing.
