Is it worth reading Secrets of the Millionaire Mind?

I bought T. Harv Eker’s best-selling book, Secrets of the Millionaire Mind because I knew no millionaire was going to tell me their secrets. After all, who was I? A simple Jane trapped in the boring and poor world that I set myself. She must feel sorry for me, I thought, as she rubbed my hand over the shiny embossed cover. Intrigued, however, I opened it and then read.

He was crazy, I thought at first. How can a person’s attitude or thinking change his financial future? I hadn’t gotten very far into chapter one when I realized it was more like he was “talking” to me than I was reading. Maybe this book had something that I could use to change my life. I keep reading.

My friend Linda first introduced me to the secrets of the millionaire mind. She now she’s moved to Alaska and the more I think about it, she doesn’t call much anymore. Now I know that this book can help me. The last gift I received from Linda was from Tiffany’s and the card was signed in someone else’s handwriting. She had a personal shopper! Linda had shown me the T. Harv Eker website a long time ago, but now, with the book in her hand, she was about to find out that she would share her secret with me!

It was hard to pinpoint any point in the book that made me realize what and how I could change my financial perspective. But the five biggest were:

o I had to identify my current model of my financial life

o I had to change my plan for financial freedom and success

o I would feel different, safe and strong

o I would never have to work again

o You might as well buy Linda something at Tiffany’s!

Secrets of the Millionaire Mind taught me that with the tools and guidance of T. Harv Eker and a little work on my part, I could change the way I think about my financial life. It was my biggest and most basic problem. I had a “if my sister is bad then I am bad” mentality. Is not true! Learning how to change the way I viewed my financial future and let go of the old stuff was probably the most important thing I learned from the book.

I immediately thought of my family and how Millionaire Mind Secrets could help them too. We were all stuck in the drudgery. We all needed the secret. It wasn’t difficult, it worked and we were all able to be in the same boat. I would be the most popular person in the family! I wouldn’t share it with my always-negative Uncle Joe though; he was lazy the day he was born. He knew that this book would never help people like him.

There was one downside to The Secrets of the Millionaire Mind: I had finished reading and needed to start right away! But I realized that I needed a little more, more help from T. Harv Eker. That was simple; It might solve that problem, but maybe not! Would I have to sit and wait until he came to my town for a seminar? I suddenly felt depressed.

Then I thought about the book and what it promised to do. I could start; I could do this on my own. I quickly logged into Mr. Eker’s website and found other tools that I could get overnight! I would have everything I needed to start changing my financial future. I could go to seminary when he came, that would just be the icing on the cake.

After I started using Mr. Eker’s program, I could clearly see that my financial plan was on the rise. She wouldn’t always be trapped in this simple world of Jane’s. She had to get the family involved, everyone except Uncle Joe. I invited everyone to dinner. At first they were skeptical: they didn’t have a college degree or weren’t socialites. How quickly I turned them around with the help of Secrets of the Millionaire Mind.

I often wonder why my friend Linda didn’t insist that I read Secrets of a Millionaire Mind. She’s not the jealous type who stays alone. I finally realized that, just like her, she needed to do this on my own. I was the one who needed to change, she already had. I changed her life and her financial model in just 2 ½ years, I did. I run my own business and now it makes so much more money than my 9-5 job, so now I shop exclusively at Tiffany’s too!
