Eating two servings of salmon a week is a great way to get a healthy dose of omega-3 fish oils. This is a fatty acid that stimulates brain growth and reduces the chances of heart disease. On its own, salmon tends to be quite bland; however, we include four tasty salmon recipes that will ensure your salmon is full of flavor.

Salmon Burgers

2 1/2 pounds king salmon fillet (skinless and boneless)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 cup of breadcrumbs
1/2 cup red onion (finely chopped)
2 teaspoons horseradish
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
