The consultant will then work to find ways to prevent such accidents from happening in the future.
Another of the most common jobs in the field is security specialist. These specialists are often hired specifically by companies to help reduce insurance rates. They do this by inspecting plants and facilities for certain violations and hazards. A security specialist will then work to fix these issues. The specialist may also train company employees on new guidelines or on the operation of certain types of safety equipment.
