  • police control.

Employers must:

  • Do labor market tests

482 Visa to PR in 2018

Medium-term TSS visa holders who have worked in Australia with the same employer for three years may be eligible to apply for permanent residence through the Transitional Stream (TRT). Depending on whether your zip code is regional or metropolitan Australia, TSS visa holders will apply through the Employer Nominated Plan (186 ENS) or the Regional Employer Sponsored Plan (187 RSMS). The employer must be willing to sponsor the candidate for permanent residence within the framework of the temporary residency transition and must submit a valid nomination to the Department of Home Affairs (formerly the Department of Immigration). This is one of the most common avenues for obtaining permanent residency, and it gives you all your public relations rights.
