Hangover remedies: work to get through the next morning

Does coffee sober a person? How about taking a pain reliever before bed if you’ve been drinking? Is a drink of bitter what the headache and upset stomach? What happen with the water? There are many theories that try to help us get rid of a hangover, but some don’t work and some can be dangerous.

8) The order in which you consume it can prevent the problem: Only if it reduces the total amount consumed. That’s the key, the less you drink, the less likely a hangover will be.

There are some herbal preparations and tips that can help you deal with this problem. As mentioned above, water and sports drinks are key. They will rehydrate and restore lost electrolytes. Avoid willow bark, as it can cause the same problems as aspirin.

A cool, wet cloth placed on your forehead can help reduce your headache. Licorice root and marshmallow root can help coat the stomach and reduce nausea. If you’re not vomiting, peppermint tea might help. It doesn’t feel good to go back up, so don’t use it if you’re throwing up.
